Language Solutions for Startups
Budget and time constraints?
Language is deeply intertwined with culture. Startups must understand local idioms, slang, and cultural references to avoid marketing failures or even inadvertent offense.
At the same time, startups often face tight budgets and timelines, and it may be difficult to find professional translation and localization services that can delivery quickly without compromising quality.
AI-powered translation
FluentForward offers a service package which combines AI technology and human editing; a powerful, fast and cost-effective approach for noncritical documents with tight deadlines.
Every AI translation is generated and edited in a secure translation software environment, which ensures that your information stays confidential and is never used to train the AI system.
Complex or critical documents?
Regulatory requirements often vary by country, and legal documents must be translated accurately. Any errors in translation can result in legal liabilities or non-compliance with local laws.
Translating technical jargon can be challenging as well. Getting it right is crucial for user adoption and satisfaction.
Human Expert Translation
Successfully translating regulatory or technical documents requires a combination of specialized knowledge, linguistic skill, and attention to detail.
It may also be necessary to do further research and implement feedback loops with the client to ensure accuracy and refine translations.
Let’s Get Started!
Translation
-
Just send me an email with the document and a quick description of what you’re looking for.
I will ask you a couple more questions so I have a clear understanding of the purpose and target audience of the document.
If you’re interested in AI-assisted translation we can discuss that too and decide which option would be best for you.
I translate your document and deliver by the deadline. I may contact you during the process to clarify certain issues, and I encourage you to contact me at any time with any input or questions you may have.
For larger projects I can also deliver on a rolling basis. This way you can offer input before the final draft if needed so you are sure you’re getting what you need.
-
The exact price will depend on the length of the document and the desired deadline and I will give you a flat project-based quote, but to give you an idea:
My non-rush fee for expert human-only translation is $0.22 per word, which is roughly equivalent to $80 to $100 per A4 page.
My non-rush fee for AI-powered translation is $0.11 per word, which works out on average to $40 to $50 per page.
My rush fee is 25% on top of the regular price. For reference: I can translate about 3,000 words (about 10 pages) per day, so anything much more than that will usually mean a rush fee.
